• At the Clark County Heritage Museum you can discover Southern Nevada's past through historic homes, railroad cars, artifacts, mining exhibits and specimens, and cultural exhibits. Open daily, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

This suite sleeps a maximum of 8.  This resort strictly enforces occupancy levels.

There are no additional costs with this auction.  Upon receipt of payment, the winning bidder will receive a guest confirmation in their name within 10-14 days.  This confirmation will be furnished directly from Fairfield.

You are bidding on a Wyndham Grand Desert 2-bedroom Deluxe fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished. Photos are representative of units at this resort.

Sleeping arrangements: This unit sleeps 8 and is usually arranged with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the 2^nd bedroom and 1 Queen pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.

As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this Gold Crown Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.

NOTE: No pets are allowed.

If you are the successful bidder, as soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name. We only accept payment through Paypal.com. A credit card imprint or $100 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
