You are bidding on a 1-week Vacation Condo Rental at the beautiful Yachtsman Resort! Indoor Pool, on the beach, Game Room, use of 2 outdoor pools, many extras, See web link below for more details & MapQuest the address, AWESOME location!! The Yachtsman Resort and Bluegreen have recently entered into an agrreement where Bluegreen owners, like myself, can reserve condo units in the Yachtsman Resort. In the photos I have, and on the Yachtsman website, you'll notice Sea Glass Tower sandwiched in between the Yachtsman Buildings. You'll be able to use the facilities of both resorts during your stay! However, floor plans & photos from inside the resort you'll need to use this link: YACHTSMAN RESORT - You'll be staying in a "Cutter" Efficiency Suite when you look at the floorplans. BTW: The Yachtsman was voted as one of Myrtle Beach's Top 10 Resorts for 2008 - do a web search and find out for yourself!

Your week is from Saturday December 27th to Saturday January 3rd, 2008. This is not a timeshare sales. This is a week of ownership rental that I as a Bluegreen Resort owner have purchased and have the right to rent. Payment must be received via PayPal within 3 days of winning unless other arrangements have been made by contacting me personally - this includes lettin me know if you want to use a Money Order!
EMAIL any Questions you have BEFORE BIDDING! Once you have paid for the week, I will transfer all ownership of the one-time week to you. You may then use it for yourself, give it away, or Re-Sell it for a PROFIT! Research your options & if this is the one for you, Buy It! I do not have time to re-list if you change your mind though, so NO REFUNDS as all sales are FINAL.
NOTE: Resort requires that the Primary Guest be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and allocates only one parking space per unit. (If you have an extra vehicle, you may have to park it elsewhere.) There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES OR TAXES to be paid at the resort, but you will have to provide a credit card and post a refundable deposit.
