You are bidding on a  brand new gorgeous hand-made adjustable crocheted multi-color fuzzy with highlighted of dragon by beaded pin 1920's inspired cloche hat/cap.  We made these hats/berets a couple of years back and they were sold at higher-end boutiques all over the US for over $140 each. They are so special and one of a kind! We couldn't duplicate it if we tried. It's simply gorgeous! It's adjustable. There is a ribbon hidden on the inside that lets you tighten and loosen the circum.  The broche/pin comes off so you can wash the hat! It's really one size fits all!
