Refund policy: I only give refunds if somehow I have grossly misrepresented an item and if you are a paypal customer. Like I said, I occasionally can make a mistake. No one is perfect, am I right? The items must be returned within 7 days and a refund will only be given on the intial cost and shipping. Not on any return shipping. I think this policy is more than fair. I have to protect myself just as you do. Most ebayers do not have a refund policy. I will issue half of the refund when first contacted, if agreed upon. The second half will be issued once I receive all items back to ensure their condition.

I try and ship all items within 4 business days of receiving a cleared payment. I only ship within the continental US-sorry. Please note shipping is based on weight and size of the package.
