Within the continental U.S., our default service is UPS Ground (3 to 6 business days). Default International shipping is via UPS Worldwide Express where as Brokerage fee's are included in our shipping cost. You are only responsible for duties/Taxes imposed by your country. Please note the following information when choosing a shipping option:
1) Shipping does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery. Shipments scheduled for delivery on those days, will be delivered the following business day.
2) Orders Paid for before 2:30 PM Central Time weekdays, will ship same day. Orders paid after 2:30 PM Central Time on Friday will not ship until Monday the following week. Our UPS Pick up is late in the afternoon so if it must go out please call 773-334-9600.
3) UPS does not pickup on Weekends or Holidays. Any order paid on a weekend or Holiday, will ship the very next available business day.
4) Next Day option provides delivery by 3:00pm on the next business day after item ships.

We take care in describing the condition of our products accurately. Please note that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. New item's can be returned for store credit or an exchange. We have a 14 day return policy. Item's bought during the Christmas holiday season have a 45 day period and are for store credit or exchange. Shipping fees will not be included in the credit. We will send a UPS shipping label so you can have it returned back to our store. You will need to write the RA# on the outside of the package and then a brief discription of why the item is being returned.
