About This Piece:

These two cats are sitting out on their porch enjoying the day. This is painted on a 8x10 flat canvas board. The best quality grumbacher oils were used to create it. It is ready to frame and would make agreat decorative item. This painting will come signed and dated by me, Janelle Dixon. It will also come varnished for protection. The winning bidder will be emailed their very EBSQ certificate of authenticity to print off.

About the Artist:

Currently, I am an artist working out of my own home. I raise rabbits, and pigeons, and have several other pets.

I can paint commissioned pet portraits upon request (see ebay store, or EBSQ profile for more details). I have shown my art all over my county in the past, including our county fair. I also show at the St. Joe County, and hillsdale county fairs every year.

A lot of my work is painted to compete and show. I have won several best in shows, and honorable mentions from showing at the county fairs.

My art has been sold to, and collected in other counties as well as the US.

I am also a member of the Branch County art guild, a large group of artists in the southern part of Michigan that is dedicated to showing and promoting original works of art. I have exhibited my art through them at the tibbitts opera house, and various other locations in the past. Our group even painted a mural in downtown Coldwater MI, of which I was very actively involved in.

I am also EBSQ certifified and participate in alot of their online art shows.

Each of my paintings comes with its own EBSQ certificate of authenticity, signed by me.
