RETURNS
Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of item for returns. OUR first priority is to ensure you are very pleased with your purchase! We will be more than happy to refund your final bid price upon receiving the unaltered merchandise back with a postmark of no more than 7 days of your receipt of the item OR credit towards another item. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. We do not refund any shipping costs.
If there is an error with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you and take steps to be sure it does not happen again. We will mail you a prepaid return label with a RMA number and ship your new item as soon as we receive your item in most cases. We will also ask you to fax a copy of the invoice that was shipped with your item to track the employees making errors.
Our Feedback Policy.
Because we have received so few feedbacks in relation to the amount of sales we have, we have adopted a policy of letting the customer leave feedback first. We had been doing it first up to the first 300 sales, but only about 15% of our customers returned the favor. If you have not received your item and it is past the estimated delivery date, please let us know immediately before you leave feedback so we may track and/or help make sure you receive your package. We value your patronage and want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Anyone who leaves negative feedback will not be eligible for exchange or returns.

I haven't gotten my email from UPS, FedEx or DHL? You may have a spam filter, block. Don't worry we keep every tracking number for 1 year in our computer and 7 years in our paper filing system so we can retrieve this information for you.

We will ship to a different address for you. To have you item shipped as a gift to a different address you must pay by money order or fax in a credit card authorization form. Due to credit card fraud we only ship to confirmed addresses if you are paying with Paypal.
Payment Policy
We must receive your payment within 7 days from auction close unless payment arrangements are made with us that we agree to. If we do not receive payment or you break payment arrangements we reserve the right to relist your item, report you to eBay as a nonpaying bidder and block you from any future purchases.
We no longer ship out of the country unless you pay by money order in US Funds.
We have experienced credit card fraud through paypal payments that has cost us over $600.00 as all address out of the country are unconfirmed. Because of the problems we have experienced we have found that we can not ship to any unconfirmed address. You MUST pay with a money order in US funds. No other payment method will be accepted for shipments outside of the Continental United States.
*If you are in a different country you are responsible for all duties , taxes and brokerage fees as these fees are not included in the shipping cost shown.

Email us. We may have it available or be able to get it for you. We can list it for you or show you the "buy it now" item in our store. Occasionally an item is listed in error or a store inventory item is looked over and not ended in time when the item sales out. If this happens we will refund you promtly and send a user agreement through eBay to release you from the sale. Buy bidding or purchasing this item you agree to these terms. We can at your request sent you a text message to your cell phone or email you when the item comes back in stock & list the item on eBay for you.
