The handling charges include $.55 in order that we can get a shipping confirmation. This seller is not responsible for any delays or damage that is the result of USPS errors, mishandling, etc. We prefer to ship via USPS, both nationally and internationally, and insurance is optional and additional. If a buyer is concerned about delays, this seller can provide a tracking number to him/her via email, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to have it tracked with USPS.

Returns/refunds are not allowed for items with less than a $2.00 final/winning bid. Refunds and returns are allowable for items that: 1) had a final/ending bid of more than $2.00 AND 2) the buyer can verify inaccuracies in our listing or 3) verify improper packaging. The buyer must notify this seller about such problems within 3 days of receiving the item via email or phone to finalize a return plan. No refunds will be given without an agreed upon plan.
