• Payment - All payments must be received within 5 days of auction end. After 5 days, the item will be relisted and a negative feedback and a non-paying report may be left under the sole discretion of Shop4FTA. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will always confirm by email when your payment has been received.
• Warranty – All products are sold with manufacturer's limited warranty. If the merchandise happens to be dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it. We must be notified of defect within 14 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced with the same item. You can purchase extended warranty protection service from SquareTrade that is offered on most of our products. To purchase extended warranty please see the warranty tab in the item info page above.
• Return Policy - All sales are final. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense. We suggest you use trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Bidding - Please read through all auction terms before placing a bid. If you have any questions, please email us before placing a bid.
