Payment | Checkout | Shipping NIB 1983-MATTEL Barbie doll-bendable knees/sun fashion Click to View Image Album   Click to View Image Album   This is becoming an older MATTEL Barbie doll, with bendable knees, and she was brought out in 1983; she is one of a grouping of six dolls that came out at that time. The Barbie is new-in-the-box, still wearing her plastic headband; I like her one-piece yellow, soft, jersey-like material capri jumpsuit. Included are also her yellow slide-on pumps (the package is loose in the box). Her face and torso look a bit darker in tone than her arms (a bit shiny in look); not sure about her legs? Since I have owned her, I have always kept her away from light and direct heat; there is no smoking or other odors on her. Her box is somewhat shopworn from storage with corner and edge wear as well as some rubs on the cardboard and plastic front (only seen in reflected light). The previous owner ticked in pen certain doll pictures on the back of the box and also wrote beside one "City B". She would be a nice addition to an '80's Barbie doll collection!
