
PAYPAL payment is required within 48 hours. Please advise us in advance, if you decided to pay with (Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check: USA CUSTOMER ONLY). Mailed payment should be received by us within 7 business days.
If you make a payment with Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Personal Check, we will hold the shipping until funds have cleared from sender's account, which normally takes 4 business days. US$35.00 will be charged to all None Sufficient Funds. If payment is not received within the tme frame listed above, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

Can we mark the item as a "GIFT"? Please let us know your request in advance or write/leave a note on PAYPAL note section. Otherwise, item will be shipped as is.
Does the item come in an original box and tag? All item come with original box and tag unless noted in the listing.
What happens if I do not pay within the time frame? If payment is not received within the time frame listed above, the checkout expires and item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. If the item is still availalbe for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike. If you do not wish to purchase the item, you have an option to pay US$10.00 restocking fee to have the strike removed as well. Otherwise, non-payment of items will resulted in an item unpaid strike.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, you will be notified when item is shipped.
Cancellation: As a customer click "Buy It Now", e-bay withdraws fees from buyer's account automatically. Please do not click "Buy It Now" button, if you are not ready. We will charge restocking fee.
Shipping charges cannot be credited: unclaimed item, wrong shipping address provided, refused item.
Combine Shipping: We will combine shipping on any purchases paid for at the same time. Please be advised that carrier charges the heaviest item first. Please shop with us as long as you need to find all of your items before proceeding to checkout where all of your purchases can be combined into one total.
Import Tax (Duty) for international customer: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CUSTOMS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES OR TAXES, BUT WE HAVE BEEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY FOR YEARS AND USUALLY CUSTOM IS NOT A PROBLEM.

We have 7 days return policy on all unworn items. Returns must come in with original box and tag. The box must be in tacked and in excellent condition when the shoes are returned. Once the item is returned, we will refund the total amount paid minus US$10.00 for restocking fee and the shipping charge.
For exchange, the restocking fee will be waived, but shipping charges are customer's responsibility.
