This is a new in box package, never been opened Safety 1st Cabinet and Drawer spring latch set.  Includes 3 latches and all required hardware to install.  I bought one too many packages when I baby proofed my home.  These latches work great to keep little hands out of kitchen and entertainment cabinets.  Comes from a smoke free home.
