A. Upon the close of an auction you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact APLUSComputers to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout process where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit card or Paypal account. Q. How long do I have to pay for an item?
A. You will have three days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. You can expect your "Invitation to Checkout" e-mail within three hours of the auction close. Sorry, but after three days, we will have to resell your item to the next interested buyer, so please check your e-mail as soon as you can after the auction close.
Q. What credit cards does APLUSComputers accept?
A. APLUSComputers gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards via Paypal.
Q. Can I get a printed receipt for my credit card payment?
A. Yes. After the completion of our convenient checkout process, you can print the order confirmation screen that will contain all pertinent credit card charge information. APLUSComputers also sends this same information to you automatically, via e-mail.
Q. When is my credit card charged?

Q. What do you consider my billing address?
A. Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. A. If there is a problem processing your card for any reason you will be notified immediately during the checkout process. Depending on the nature of the problem you may be prompted to try a different card or try again later.

Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?
A. Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Kentucky. Currently, we collect 6% of the final auction price.
Q. How long will it take for my item to reach me?
A. We ship your purchase within one to two business days after you have checked-out. Standard shipping is UPS Ground delivery, which typically takes between 7 to 10 days to arrive and sometimes up to 3 weeks. We send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

A. We professionally package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and email Through ebay's email system. We will respond to your claim on the following business day to resolve the matter.
Q. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?
A. Yes we ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Q. I live outside of the U.S. What about international shipping?
A. Sorry, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the 48 USA states at this time.
Q. Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?
A. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain residences due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a "call tag" with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package.

A. We ship USPS for large packages and use USPS for small items.
