The few neutral and negative feedbacks all came from buyers who did not give us the chance to resolve their concerns beforehand. Customer service is our 1^st priority; so if you are not willing to give us an opportunity to resolve any issues that may arise (or think its just more fun to leave negatives and neutrals), please as a courtesy, do not bid on our items. Shipping terms: Once payment has cleared, your item(s) will be shipped within 3 BUSINESS days. You will receive a courtesy email from us, ONLY if your package IS NOT sent within 3 BUSINESS days. If no email is received, then your package has been shipped during this time, so there is no need to email us, inquiring when we will be sending out your package. Items usually arrive in 3-5 days (see feedback in regards to fast shipping). Every now and then, the post office unfortunately can take up to 2 weeks to deliver mail, and since we cannot control what the post office does, should you need your package before that time, you may want to consider priority or express mail. Shipping prices listed, are for all of the USA, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. We will ship to Canada and some out of country addresses. Please email us before buying and we will let you know what the shipping cost will be. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. You may choose to pay for insurance, or pay a little more for extra padding if you would like your package to arrive in mint condition.

Payment terms; Serious bidders only. Please do not bid if you cannot pay promptly. We only accept paypal, as most other forms of payment are no longer allowed on eBay. Payment must be received within 3 days, unless you email us ahead of time to make arrangements. If payment is not made within 3 days, we have the right to re-list the item and notify eBay. We are easygoing people; so if you cannot agree to these terms, please email us beforehand and we will definitely try to work with you. If your feedback score is less than 10, please email us prior to bidding and let us know that you will be bidding, as payment will be due within 24 hours of auction end.

Returns will only be accepted on errors or defective products. For this reason, you must make sure you know the sizes and measurements. If the info you need is not listed, please ask questions before buying.  Do not buy an item, and then ask questions after (i.e. if the size or the color is available), as you will be stuck with the purchase of this product. If the rare case happens, that a product does have a defect or an error has occurred in the transaction, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 7 days.
