I order large items from my warehouse to save on shipping for you. Smaller items I have for sale I usually have in stock. In the unlikely event that your item is sold out prior to receiving your order you will receive a refund immediately. If your item is placed on backorder, you will have the option of waiting or receiving a refund.

RETURN POLICY:
Items can be returned in the event of a manufacture defect or flaw. I will refund your payment minus shipping if returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me for directions for return. A refund of the purchase price of item will be issued minus shipping charges. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition item was shipped in. If there is a problem with your item, please let us know immediately. You may receive a replacement or refund. But, please do not leave a negative feedback without letting me know of your displeasure first.

Once payment for an item is received, the warehouse will be notified to schedule delivery. Shipments generally take 7 - 14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). At this time, we can only ship to the United States. Please provide us with a physical shipping address and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary. We can only ship to the 48 contiguous (lower) states. Perhaps in the future, but presently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses or International.

Shipping discounts apply for multiple items purchased, provided all items are paid for at the same time. An invoice with the combined items will be sent to you reflecting the shipping discount. Not all items can be combined for a shipping discount. The size and weight of the items will determine if shipping can be combined. The items considered for combined shipping MUST be made with one single payment.
