This U.S. Fraternal Sword was manufactured by the famous Sword Company Horstmann & Sons which is nicely marked on the ricasso as well as on the scabbard. It is mounted with German made straight, beautifully etched blade that measures 25 3/4 inches in length which although shows to have received cleanings over the years, does remain in nice condition. It wears a simple fishtail cross guard and a bone hilt which is crowned with a knight's head pommel. The brass scabbard is nicely engraved with a simple elegance and remains nice in condition with only a few minor dings. Overall measuring 36 inches in length. There is no reserve.
