This is one of the many variations of a Chinese Army Officer Dress Dagger that dates from the World War II Era. It is mounted with a straight blade that measures 10 1/2 inches in length which remains in nice, original condition with only light staining. It wears pretty brass fittings which are decoratively embossed with a plastic covered hilt painted in a faux shell design. The metal scabbard also wears pretty brass fittings and although the plating is now faded along with a couple of small dings, it does remain in good, serviceable condition. Overall measuring 15 5/8 inches in length. There is no reserve. (please note other items shown as props are not included in this auction)
