This German Bayonet is a Model 98/05 and was manufactured by Mauser. It is mounted with a blade that measures 14 1/2 inches in length which is dated "16" on the spine and remains in very nice, original condition. The wooden grips are also very healthy. The steel scabbard is scuffed, however continues to wear the Mauser marking at the throat. Overall, the Bayonet measures 19 3/4 inches in length. There is no reserve. (please note other items shown as props are not included in this auction)
