This is a Unique Marbled Frost Victorian Style of Shade, Globe or Chimney.  I has white swirled marbling through out the frost glass. The base is flared out and the top is slightly turned in.  It is made with delicate glass. 
 It will make a beautiful addition to the right lamp.
