This is a pair of previously owned, but appears NEVER Worn, NEW Orange Rubber with White furry lining ROMIKA "RomiKids" Winter Snow Boots. They are a Euro 23, 7 USA. Outside bottom measurements are: 7" long and 3" wide and 7 1/2" tall. There is a Lace & Toggle to pull the tops in so the snow won't get into your boots. GREAT ROMIKA'S...They have been stored in a smoke-free home. Winner pays $9.00 Priority Mail, Insurance extra.
