·        Return Authorization.  Please send an email to Info@ValueCells.com within the 14-day warranty period for exchange of your defective item.  MoreCells will reply back to your email with instructions for sending back your item.  Items returned without contacting MoreCells will not be accepted.

·        Item Not As Described.  Although we take great care to accurately describe the phone in this listing, a refund will be given if the item received is significantly not as described.  Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

·        Return Shipping Costs.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHODS
