I have taken pictures to show what nice condition it is in.

Has a big 6 ½” serrated steel blade: For precision accurate slicing; helps prevent shredding. Quickly removes for cleaning. Never needs sharpening.

Thickness Regulator Knob: Easily adjusts for professional uniform slicing - from wafer-thin to ¾” thick.

Can also be used to slice hot roasts; beef, pork, lamb, turkey, ham, cheese, bread, cookies, vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage (for slaw), eggplant, squash and zucchini.
