Payment is due within 7-days, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. We invoice through Ebay/Paypal and we do send payment reminders, please do not take offense.
We realize problems arise, though we cannot help you if you do not communicate. After the seventh day of nonpayment without word, we do initiate Ebay's Non-paying bidder process.
If you are making multiple purchases, please let us know. We will then invoice you when you let us know that your purchases are complete. We gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases made within a 5-day period.

Items are sent out 24-48 hours after receiving payment (unless otherwise noted). Shipping time for Custom Signs & Other Woodwork will vary depending on item, quantity, and our workload.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us right away. Returns may be made within 7-days for a prompt refund (minus shipping and handling). New items must be returned exactly as received. If the reason for your return is Not as described, we will cover the cost of return.
