Greetings.  You are bidding on an action figure of “NIGHTCRAWLER” from the Toy Biz “Marvel Legends” action figure series.      

Information: Nightcrawler was manufactured by Toy Biz in 2005, and was issued as part of the Marvel Legends Galactus Series (also known as Series IX (9)).      

Figure Description: The Marvel Legends toy series featured meticulously detailed, beautifully painted, and very pose-able action figures.  Many collectors believe that the Marvel Legends are the nicest action figures ever produced.   

This figure features Nightcrawler in his classic black and red X-Men costume with white gloves and boots.  His skin is blue. 

Nightcrawler stands about 5.5” tall, and is very pose-able, featuring numerous (30+) points of articulation.  This is a very nicely detailed Nightcrawler action figure.  Nightcrawler includes an exclusive poster book.

Character Description: From the blurb on the back of the figure card:

“Raised in a traveling circus, German-born Kurt Wagner learned that his mutant abilities were a gift to be celebrated. Nightcrawler can teleport himself, his clothing and a certain amount of additional mass from one point to another almost instantaneously. He leaves behind smoke and the smell of burning brimstone, actually atmosphere from the unknown dimension through which he travels. Nightcrawler may look like a blue-skinned demon, but this swashbuckler is one of the mutantkind's guardian angels - using his amazing agility and power of teleportation to fight the forces of evil!”

Condition: 

-The figure is loose, and in near mint to mint condition (NM/M). 

-No packaging is included.

-The figure is complete (no accessories). 

-The exclusive poster book is included.   

-This figure was owned, and displayed, by an adult collector in a smoke-free home. 

-PLEASE NOTE: The photo was taken by me, and is of the figure which you will receive (this is not a stock photo or one taken from elsewhere on the net).   

This is an essential action figure for the comic book or action figure collector, X-Men fanatic, or anyone who loves rare and very cool figures.  This figure is long out of production.  This is a RARE opportunity to acquire a beautifully detailed and scarce figure.  I really like the ML figures, but I don’t have the room to display them.  My loss is your gain.  Don’t let this one pass you by!

Shipping and Payment Terms:

-Winning domestic bidder pays $5.00 for parcel post shipping.  

-If the domestic (U.S.) bidder wins multiple auctions for loose action figures, I discount shipping.  $5.00 for the first figure and $1.00 for each additional loose figure.

-Domestic postal insurance is charged at cost and is at buyer’s option.  Insurance is recommended, as uninsured mail is sent at the buyer’s risk.  Currently, the cost is $1.70 for up to $50.00 domestic postal insurance.    

-International shipping is available at cost.  I charge you what the post office charges me. 

-International postal insurance is included on most priority and express mailings.  On first class, international insurance is very expensive.  If buyer requests a quote for first class international insured shipping, I will get it for you.  Uninsured packages are shipped at buyer risk.

-I do combine shipping on international orders, but there is no flat rate discount for multiple purchases (I still charge you what the post office charges me). 

-I do not know the cost to ship this figure to any other nation, as it has not yet been packed and boxed.  I can give you an ESTIMATE of the cost of international shipping, based upon other packages sent overseas.   

-Domestic payment: by PAYPAL, check or money order.  A check or MO must be drawn on a US bank or facility; check must clear my bank before item ships. 

-International payments by PAYPAL only.
