Customs Fees are not included in the shipping & handling price. All duties, customs, taxes and brokerage fees are payable separately to your government. All international orders will ship out as a Gift.
With UPS the value will be at $20 USD and shipped as Gift from Shoebox Savings.
With USPS services the value will be at the bid price and sent as Gift from Mr. & Mrs. Gina & Stacy Yoder.
Combined Shipping
We will combine the cost of shipping for items purchased within a 7 day period, ONLY if you checkout for all items at the same time. To ESTIMATE the cost of shipping on multiple items prior to using our checkout please change the qty on the largest size (heaviest looking) pair of shoes your considering. You will then be able to estimate the shipping based on doubling, tripling or quadrupling the weight of the order depending on the quantity you selected on the shipping calculator. If you would like to buy more than one item and receive a discount on shipping you will need to WAIT TO CHECK OUT UNTIL YOU ARE DONE BUYING ALL ITEMS. The cost of shipping each additional item Domestically in the US will be between $5-$10 more depending on the service. The cost of each additional item Internationally outside the US will be between $15-$20 more depending on the location/service.
Payment
We accept PayPal, regular money orders, and Direct credit card payments from US cards through our online website checkout. ALL ORDERS must be checked out through our website, no direct paypal payments will be accepted.
Payment Processing time: 1-4 Business days to process and ship your item(s) out, after we receive the payment. We will email you when you check out & with tracking when your item(s) has shipped.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: Arizona.
Return Policy
We have a 15-day non-defective items guarantee subject to a 15% restocking fee. For non-defective items we will refund the price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee (not including shipping & handling) as long as the item is returned to us within 15 days after the order was shipped in the same new condition it was recieved in. 15 days means you need to return the item within 5 days of receiving it. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not accept returns that are taped in there original boxes. Please email support@shoeboxsavings.com for directions on returning your item.
If an item is defective we will provide you with directions to return the items directly to Nike for a purchase voucher valued at the original suggested retail value of the item you recieved.
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and handling will be issued upon receipt of insurance payment from Endica, UPS or USPS. Refunds for Damaged items will only be available when insurance has been purchased (insurance & tracking for $100 is included in all regular shipping methods) additional insurance is available for most methods. Please note this process can take up to 8 weeks.

Shoebox Savings Inc takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you to any other person or third party provider except where neccasary to complete your transaction. We do keep records of all information provided by you on our secure server. Your transaction and personal information is important to us as it is to you.
