International shipping is not available on this item.  This has nothing to do with the potential international buyer.  We have offered international shipping for years, but have now been burned to many times with "lost" packages resulting in us being without the money and the product.  Getting the insurance money is a long, tedious process that is like pulling teeth.  Even worse, not every claim was paid.  Please do not ask us to make an exception.

Frequently Asked Questions – The amount of questions can be overwhelming at times.  Please take a moment to read the questions below before you write us.

Shipping

1)    Can you send me an email with the tracking number?  You should receive an automated email from PayPal with a link to the tracking/delivery confirmation number when the shipping label is generated.  If you don’t get that email, shipping info can be also be obtained by going to the eBay listing and clicking on the “Order Details” link.  Please allow one business day to pass before you check there.  Please note that domestically, it is a delivery confirmation number and not a tracking number.

2)    Can you ship using a different carrier?  We are sorry, but we only offer the shipping options in the listing, which in most cases, is only USPS.  Some bigger, bulkier items go out via FedEx or UPS and are stated in the listing.

3)    When will you ship?  Most items are shipped within 1 business day.  Some bigger, bulkier items require more time.

4)    How long will it take to get to me?  All items shipped with USPS Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping.

Payments

1)    What forms of payment do you accept?  We only accept PayPal.

2)   When is payment expected?  Payment is expected immediately after the auction.  Payments longer then 5 days will be relisted.  They will also be reported to eBay for non-payment so that we can get our fees refunded and ultimately result in the buyer having an unpaid item strike on their account.

PayPal

1)    I have a PayPal account linked with my eBay for years now, but when I bid on your item it won’t let me as it says they are not linked.  What do I do?  First, be sure to bid with enough time left in the auction to fix this.  If you get this message, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions for re-linking them again.  It will take about 3 minutes to re-link, so be sure to try bidding well before that.

Pictures

1)    Are these actual photos of the item?  Yes, WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).  We take photographs of the actual items we sell.  In some cases, a picture will be re-used, as in the Jeans or the picture of a factory sealed new items, like an iPod, PSP, DS Lite, etc.

Authenticity

1)    Do you sell knockoffs or fakes?  No!  That is against our policy as well as eBay’s policy.  We guarantee authenticity of our items.  We rely on eBay and have every reason in the world not to sell knockoffs or fakes.  Please look at our feedback.  Would we have that many if we sold fake watches, golf clubs and etc? 

Warranty

1)    Do you offer warranty?  No, we do not personally offer warranties.  If the item you are interested is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then you might want to consider buying the BuyShield or SquareTrade Extended Care Warranty.  If either or both are available, then the icon/logo will appear just below these FAQ’s.  This is a third party company and any transaction would be solely between you and them.
