Order Processing
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday; all orders will ship within 48 business hours of payment. We do not ship on national holidays and weekends. All items that are shipped at the ground level will be shipped either with USPS, or with UPS (Please note the map located above is a UPS Ground map that indicated how long an item will take to deliver if shipped that business day. Items may take longer to arrive than what is shown on the map as it can take up to 48 hours for your order to process). We will choose the service that provides the quickest way of being able to arrive to you. Orders that require expedited services need to have payment received on that day prior to 11AM CST in order for that item to be shipped the same business day.
Domestic Shipments Ground
All customers that choose to have their
items shipped with the Standard Flat Rate shipping option will have
their package sent with either USPS or UPS. You will not receive a
tracking or delivery confirmation number. 99% of our items are received
within seven business days of receiving payment. If you have not seen
your package by the eighth business day, please send an email to service.2ndswing@gmail.com
Please note it can take up to 48 business hours for your item to be processed and shipped.
Alaska , Hawaii & Puerto Rico
All shipments to AK, HI and PR are sent via
USPS service. We do not offer UPS shipping options to these locations.
When checking out, please select the Standard Flat Rate as the shipping
option, as this will be the proper charge to ship to your location,
just note that it will actually be sent via USPS
UPS Expedited Shipping Options
In addition to our UPS Ground option, for those who would like their equipment faster we offer Expedited options from UPS.
- UPS Next Day Air - Delivered the following business day prior to 10:30am
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered in two business days, no guaranteed delivery time
Please note all expedited service
orders must be paid for prior to 11:00am CST in order for that shipment
to be processed that same day. Otherwise, the order will ship the
following business day.
Domestic Insurance
All items that are sent domestically have
insurance available for $.99. This will protect you against your item
being lost or damage during shipping.

Promotional Offer on Multiple Items Purchased
When purchasing multiple items from us, you are eligible to receive a discounted shipping rate on the items you
purchase. Just follow these simple steps to receive 50% off on the multiple items you've purchased:
1. After completing shopping, send an email to: service.2ndswing@gmail.com please put in the title "50% off Shipping"
2. In the email, please include the ebay item numbers that you purchased along with your paypal address.
3. Click "send", and within 3 business days you will have a refund in your paypal account, it's as simple as that

We will refund your paypal account $11.00 ($7.50 off of item #2, and $3.50 off of item #3)

Canada Shipments
To Canada we ship exclusively with UPS. We offer two types of shipments with UPS to Canada. We offer UPS Standard to Canada which has a lower cost to ship, but you are required to pay brokerage fees as well as taxes and duties. We also offer UPS Expedited which has a higher cost to ship, but you are not required to pay brokerage fees, just any duties and taxes. Insurance is required for all shipments to Canada
Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST). Please contact your local customs office for more details. These taxes are paid by UPS and the customer must reimburse UPS for these charges upon delivery. We cannot change amounts for declared value. The declared value will equal the purchase price. We also cannot, and will not declare the item as a gift.
Discounted Brokerage Fees to Canada
We are extremely pleased to offer discounted brokerage fees to Canada. Any item that is purchased from The New 2nd Swing for under $200 will have a brokerage fee of only $10.00. This is a large discount compared to the standard brokerage fees charged by UPS Canada. You still will be required to pay any duties and taxes on the package.
Please note, only items that are purchased for under $200 are eligible for the discounted brokerage fee. The brokerage fee is not something charged by The New 2nd Swing, but by UPS Canada, please direct any questions you may have to your local UPS office.
Canada Shipping Rates
These prices are a calculated rate by UPS, and are the actual costs to ship the packages to your location. The prices are not set by 2nd Swing, nor do we have any control over these calculated rates.
International Shipping
We ship all international packages with UPS
only with their UPS Expedited service. For security purposes for you
the customer and on our end we want to make sure that the package
arrives properly which is why we make all packages trackable. Insurance
is required on all packages sent internationally.
All shipments outside the United States may
be subject to duties, taxes, import and other fees. Any additional such
charges levied on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, not 2nd Swing. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs
office. These fees are prepaid by UPS upon clearing customs and the
customer must reimburse UPS when the shipment is delivered. Please note
that all shipments outside the United States are subject to inspection
by customs and border security authorities. All items will have a
declared value for the price that it sells for. Also, the description
of goods will be as the item is, not declared as a gift.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT
INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. Please check with the customs office in your country
to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding /
buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them
for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values
below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government
regulations prohibit such behavior.
International Shipping Price
These prices are a calculated rate by UPS,

International Insurance
Insurance is a requirement on all
international shipments (including Canada ). The cost for the insurance
is $5.00 and will be added when checking out with Paypal.
