 You are looking at a rare NIN item. This is the second single from Nine Inch Nails released in 1990 "Head Like a Hole". This vinyl is unique for the reason that it's the "dark face" version of the release meaning the actual artwork is different (darker in color) than the original release. This "Dark Face" version didn't have such a wide release like the regular version which of course makes it a bit more rare. Here's the item's information:

There's some small wear on the sleeve but nothing that'll take away from the item and it's value. One corner was cut off (as pictured) and i've kept it in a secure place and a smoke free environment as well.
