Items may be shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. If you have any further questions on which method your particular order will be shipped please contact me. Insurance is optional and set at $1.70. If your item is damaged upon arrival, and you purchased insurance, please contact me within 48 hours of arrival and I will replace your damaged item.

We will offer an exact exchange for the item if there is a defect in the product not related to shipping damage. If insurance is not paid, we will not file an insurance claim for damage, no exceptions. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping on any item returned back to us.
