To Understand the slower shipping time associated with cheaper mail and have read the notes below!
I had no problems with 1st class mail to most countries,
but can NOT recommend it for SPAIN, CANADA, ITALY, FRANCE, HONG KONG, and BRASIL.
Also note, since last December (2007) mail appears to move MUCH slower then it used to, national as well as international. Average shipments to Canada for example, now take about 9-12 days ! Expect 12-16 days to other countries,
4+ weeks waiting have been noted on RARE occassions, MAINLY to the countries listed above !!!!
