If you didn't know NOFX prior to 1992, then you simply missed all the fun.  Before they became huge untouchable rock stars, these were the coolest, funnest guys you'd ever have crashing on your living room floor.

Before the tattoos and dreadlocks,

before bouncers, rent-a-cop security guys and $50 tickets,

before Mike was 'Fat Mike' and before 'Fat Wreck Chords',

before the big fancy tour buses, 

before they polluted their music with political ignorance,

and before the short fat guitar guy,

there was Mike, Eric, Erik, Steve and Dave in this collection of personal photos:
