I reserve the right to relist any items where the buyers has not responded or contacted me within 7
days of auction close.
Items will be desptached 1-10 working days after payment has been received
Items will be sent via Australia Post or TNT National / International
courier.
Refunds & Warranty:
Types of Warranty -
- No questions asked money back = Refund for any reason, no questions asked refund if returned within 7 days (10%
restocking fee on all items above $100).
- 7 day DOA = If the item is completely non functioning it is DOA and will be fully refunded if returned within 7
days, this does not include items that need repairs, calibration, batteries, extra parts, etc..
- Sold as is = All sales are final / no refunds under any conditions.
Buyers please be aware refunds do NOT include any postage costs under any circumstances!
Items that have been damaged in transit while being returned will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for items that have been lost, damaged or delayed in transit, and it is the sole
responsibility of the buyer to request optional insurance to cover any loss or damage.
