This is a beautiful Creamer by Noritake Progression China, Good Times #9081.  Made in Japan.  It is white with yellow flowers and blue leaves on both sides.  Trimmed around top with blue.  It measures app. 4" tall and app. 5" from spout to outside of handle.  It is in very good condition, no chips or cracks.  A great replacement piece or just to compliment a table.
