NOS USA Face Mill 4 Bridgeport Deckel Milling Machine

This auction is for one very nice new old stock Rotary Technologies corp Glendale California USA Insert face Mill. This mill was origianlly meant to be sold with machines up to 5 hp, due to the inserts design a shearing cut is taken...up to .200" deep if desired ( a very heavy cut indeed)  and leaves an incredible surface finish) . The mill came from an industrial supply house that specialized in Precision american (bridgeport, clausing etc ) and european (deckel)  machines . It takes 1" shell end mill  face mill holder as it has a 1" hole. The inserts (3 included) are round and can be rotated the minutest amount to give a new cutting edge if they ever get dull. Once one side is completely used they can be flipped over and the other side used. The beauty of a 3 cutter ROUND system is that it will last many small shops and hobbiest a lifetime. Comes complete on original mounting block. A beautiful made tool. ! Measures about 2-5/8" in diameter at its maximum. Leaves a spectacular surface from what i am told!  The nuts that hold the inserts are socket head cap screws with a left hand thread. Inserts are available. This is the last one of these i have ! So if you have been wanting one get it now!
