FOUR GOLD MEDALS FROM LOURDES BASILICA IN FRANCE

ALL HAVE THE VIRGIN MARY AS SHE APPEARED TO STE BERNADETTE ON ONE SIDE

THREE HAVE THE BASILICA ON THE REVERSE SIDE WHILE ONE HAS A DIFFERENT MARKING FOR THE CENTENNIAL 1901-2001

Each medal is 1 1/4" in diameter and 1/8 of an inch thick.

You have four photographs to look at.  One photo is showing 3 medals: there you can see the Virgin Mary in her Grotta which is on all medals on the face side, the reverse with the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Lourdes which is on three of the medals, and the last reverse which shows the commemorative medal of the Centennial. The other three photos are close-ups which allow you to read what is on the medal.

On the side of the Virgin Mary in the Grotta there is an incription in SPANISH.  It reads: "Que Soy Era Immaculata Councepciou" and at the top it says in FRENCH: "NOTRE-DAME DE LOURDES"

On the reverse of the Centennial medal I read at the top: "Basilique N.D. du Rosaire" and below "Centenaire de la Consecration" which means the Centennial of the date of Consecration for this basilica I guess.

Each medal weighs about one ounce.
