We are not responsible for items seized in customs, so please know your local laws pertaining to the items you order. We do not alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details. Please do not ask. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The customer also assumes full responsibility for seized items and no refund will be given for the shipping costs incurred. If item is not returned by foreign customs, no refund will be given for the product.
Directions:As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level tablespoon per day into at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Due to fiber content, be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. For those sensitive to fiber, start with 1 teaspoon daily, and gradually increase to 1 tablespoon. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Gr-Dophilus™, Triphala and Detox Support.

PLEASE NOTE that NOW Foods can only be shipped Domestically (United States). All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that First Class shipping is not trackable. Also, the U.S. Postal Service does not scan all packages and does not have real-time tracking information available. Items ordered to a post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS. Also remember that UPS may require a signature on some deliveries. Orders that are returned because of 3 failed delivery attempts, shipped to the wrong address (when it's the customer's fault) or orders that are refused will all incur a $15 penalty. Weekends are not included in the estimated shipping times. Combined shipping is available and we charge by combined weight. International orders are shipped via USPS primarily but UPS is also available.
