Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times daily between meals on an empty stomach. Consider taking this product in combination with a NOW fiber supplement, Nutra Flora FOS and Optimal Digestive System.

Handling Time

Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock. If you have a question pertaining to stock, please e-mail us (auctions@supplementcentral.com). The cut-off time for orders to ship the same business day is 1PM EST. Handling time is same day if all items in the order are in stock, and usually 5-6 business days if not. PLEASE NOTE that handling time for NOW Foods products will usually be 5-6 business days. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9-6 EST.

Shipping

Products will only be shipped to the confirmed PayPal billing address used for payment. PLEASE NOTE that NOW Foods can only be shipped Domestically (United States). All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that First Class shipping is not trackable. Also, the U.S. Postal Service does not scan all packages and does not have real-time tracking information available. Items ordered to a post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS. Also remember that UPS may require a signature on some deliveries. Orders that are returned because of 3 failed delivery attempts, shipped to the wrong address (when it's the customer's fault) or orders that are refused will all incur a $15 penalty. Weekends are not included in the estimated shipping times. Combined shipping is available and we charge by combined weight. International orders are shipped via USPS primarily but UPS is also available. Normal delivery time for USPS international shipping is 3-6 weeks due to customs clearance time.

If you are sent the wrong product, please contact us at auctions@supplementcentral.com or by phone at 800-808-2996. We will gladly solve your problem and issue you an RMA number. All other returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and only if the product is unopened. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and all associated costs. Please be aware of the product you are ordering! Refunds will be the original payment minus shipping charges, and will be returned by the original payment method. Handling time for returns and refunds is 2-3 business days. Please contact the product manufacturer for all defective products.

If your items are returned due to an undeliverable address or customs issues, you will only be refunded the product amount; not the shipping charges. You are responsible for all seized items at customs that are not returned to us in sellable condition and no refund will be offered.
