We want your purchase experience to be a pleasant one. We want to describe the item as accurate as possible. However slight variation of color may occur due to your screen monitor or variation of grain due to our stock picture. All photos are stock photos.

All our items are brand new, straight from factory unless otherwise mentioned.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $35 for shipment within 48 lower US states, plus $5 insurance. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, please add $12 more for USPS Priority Shipment. This cost includes the added shipping material and additional labor involved in these shipments. With all shipments, we want them to be as secure as possible. For this to happen, we use extra strength, special order cartons to protect against weather and possible damage during shipping. Each guitar is covered with a bubble wrap in its original box guitar and put in our special box with carton/ sponge for more protection.

California residents must pay 7.75% Sales Tax.

We ship your item within 2-3 days after payment is received (pending there is no holiday involved.) If your Paypal address is CONFIRMED, we will process your shipment faster. We use FedEx ground for domestic shipments. The tracking number is generated when we issue the shipment and will automatically be sent to you from your registered email address at Paypal. Please note, Fedex does NOT ship to PO BOX address, so DO INCLUDE YOUR PHYSICAL address on your payment to avoid delay.

Your shipment should arrive within 7-10 days from your payment date, depending upon your delivery zone. When there is a delay in your shipment, it is most likely because they are on queue for setup by our certified tech. Most electric guitars take longer to setup especially those with the floyd rose bridge.

We give you the option to ship ground or express. If you choose express shipment, you must include $30 more for shipping and note it on your purchase and through email to our company.

We use USPS EMS. The min. cost to most countries usually costs around $95 plus insurance ($5.00). EMS is the safest and preferable method as it lessens the risk of shipping problems and we receive a tracking number, plus it minimizes the changes on the setup. Usually shipping time takes about 2 weeks in average, again depending upon your location. Please check with us to make sure we are able to ship to your country before bidding. We can only ship electric guitars or thinbody acoustic electric guitars to certain countries. So please check with us for regular size guitars or basses. They have larger size requirement and some country have limitations.

Please include full address and phone number when you submit payment. You are responsible for all customs, brokerage and duty costs!

We offer a 30 day return/ refund policy on instruments, unless otherwise stated in the listing. You will need an RMA number and the return procedure from us. Your purchase price will be refunded after we receive and inspect the item. It must be returned in the same condition we shipped it, including the box and wrappings. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping/ Handling are NON refundable.

If an item is damaged/ defective upon receipt, it will be replaced at our cost. We require a photo of the described damage emailed to us at lynnservicecenter@sbcglobal.net, to verify the damage. Expect a 24-36 hour response after the photo is received for our tech to review the item. It may be possible that our tech can walk you through a minor repair, especially if an item is handled too roughly by the shipping company. Damaged items must be reported immediately to us and placed back in its original packaging for return pick up.

Please allow at least 24 hours to respond to your emails. We will strive to reply in a timely manner. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Holidays and some days prior to and after holidays are not working days, so consider this when checking email or the time it takes to ship after purchasing.
