Amtrak Midwest Corridors Timetable; Effective October 31, 1976; Form 12; Folded Panel format; Outside Front cover has Marina Towers (Chicago), Gateway Arch (St. Louis) and Spanish Mission (San Antonio?, but this station is not part of the service area of this timetable) Artwork; Inside has tables, equipment information, reference marks; Rear Cover has schematic system map and space for Travel Agent's Stamp (in this case, Midwest Travel Service of Midwest City, Oklahoma);

Very simple format, not similar to timetables in the 90's and 2000's, but similar to others of the mid and later 70's;
