We should receive payment within 7 days after the auction is over, so we can complete our transaction quickly.

All of our shipping charges are listed or calculated on the auction pages.
We will NOT ship COD.
We ship on Monday through Saturday.
ALL items will ship within 1 Business Day of receiving a cleared payment. Domestic Mail items will be shipped same day - IF payment is received before 3PM Eastern Standard Time.
Combined shipping to reduce shipping costs is available on MOST items.
Tracking Your Order
We ship all of our domestic items with a trackable method for both your protection and ours. Once your label has been generated you will receive email confirmation to the address you have registered with Paypal. International customers should select Priority or Express mail if they want to use a trackable method.
Most items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail, unless a different method is chosen by the buyer or weight restrictions do not allow it. For example, light-weight items like paperback books, CDs, and video games, and a small amount of clothing can be shipped USPS First Class Mail. First Class mail can be tracked and insured inside the US.
When weight limits are exceeded or upon buyer request items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is a trackable and insurable method of shipment.
Occasionally items will be shipped USPS Express Mail at the request of the buyer. This option may not be visible on all auctions. However, if the buyer needs the item fast, please message us before checkout and we will make every reasonable attempt to ship this item USPS Express Mail. This is a trackable and insurable method of shipment.
Certain types of our items will be shipped through UPS. This includes extremely fragile types, high valued, or large bulky sized items. UPS service will be listed as an optional shipping method of most of our items if you prefer to have a step by step tracking system or scheduled delivery.
Most sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges.
All returns and exchanges will be decided on a CASE BY CASE basis.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY UNINSURED PURCHASE LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE POSTAL AUTHORITIES. PURCHASING POSTAL INSURANCE IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARCEL LOST OR DAMAGED ONCE IT LEAVES OUR HANDS AND IN THE POSSESSION OF THE POSTAL SYSTEM.
