SHIPPING:
The shipping & handling charges of $21 are only for the continental US.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and other international countries must contact us for shipping & handling costs BEFORE placing a bid.
We ship via UPS ground or USPS priority mail, usually 1-3 business days after payment, unless specified otherwise. We combine shipping & handling costs for multiple purchases.

TERMS & TAX:
Buyer must pay within 3 days of auction close.
If your shipping address is located within the state of NY, we are obligated by law to collect 8.625% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
We will fully refund returns only on defects, which did not occur during shipping, unless insurance was included. Other returns will be refunded for the product value ONLY, 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges back and forth for any defective item which is received upon delivery or after using the item.
Item must be in original packing with all included packaging and materials including unit accessories.
If damaged upon shipping an exchange or refund will be given for the item only after a claim is filled and approved.
Refunds are given for the same amount of shipping companies refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Item will be first repaired, if repairs are not available item will be exchanged.
Returns must be made within 14 days from purchase. Buyer must contact for further instructions.
