You are bidding on a lovely bright lime green shirt with a tonal jacquard print.  Very cute and in new condition.

One missing bead on a top that has a million beads does not constitute gross misrepresentation. One shoulder pad missing from a 3 piece Citiknits outfit that looks in brand new condition and is purchased at a small fraction of the original price does not constitute gross misrepresentation, etc.

A hole, tear, or stain leaving the garment unuseable would be reason to email me. If you are a whiner, complainer, or feel the need to be habitually rude, please do not bid on my items.

I work very hard to only purchase new with tags, new without tags and near new items at a small price so that I can pass along those savings to you.  I try to bring you the cutest clothes & styles that Dallas has to offer.  I am not a consignment or "try before you buy" store.  None of these clothes are my personal wardrobe and if you want to insure that an item is brand new, right off the rack at the store then you will need to drive there and get it and pay full retail pricing.  Thanks!

CONDITION:

Most of what I sell is customer returns from Chico's or the home shopping networks. These items are purchased from wholesalers and have been on the back of trucks. As such, they will come pre-washed once in Tide Original Scent Laundry Detergent and air-dried in Bounce Fragrance Free/Odor Free/Dye Free dryer sheets, so that they are fresh and ready for you to wear. The exception to this rule is the dry clean only and the New with Tag garments, it will be your responsibility to clean those items and I cannot guarantee that they have not been smoked around.

CONDITION LEGEND:

NWT - means the store brand tag is still attached to the garment.

NWOT - garment & care tags appear to me to be in its original form. Shows no signs of wear, may have been tried on, but looks unwashed and new to me.

EXCELLENT - no fading in the vibrancy of color, stains, tears or rips, minimal signs of wear and a very usable garment.

GOOD - has been washed and worn several times, in pre-owned condition but is still a usable garment with lots of life left and shows no flaws.

FLAWED - specific imperfection with the garment which will be noted in the description.

We are a smoke free, outdoor pet tolerant, no pet hairs on us anal kind of family!
