NWT 09/10 MARINO ORLANDI BLACK SHOULDER BAG PURSE TOTE

I have read that the most important thing in a woman's wardrobe is her handbag.  I would certainly agree with that!!!!  Justy in from Italy for the 09/10 season, new with tags, gorgeous authentic Marino Orlandi hand made in Italy (entirely by hand I believe), LG/XLG glazed leather shoulder bag purse tote, with top zip closure which goes clear across the top and down slightly on both sides,  rolled leather straps with slide through snap tab, high polished gold tone equistrian style hardware throughout, expensive finished off sides with logo slide in snap closure and gold studs, new design front gold tone north south panels for securing the straps, piping along the base, side panels, and horse shoe oval size "o" rings for securing the strap to the bag, and easy care jewle tone stripped fabric lining in a 2 tone black (their fabric linings are unsurpassed!).   Very stylish and is an every day go anywhere bag - will carry with a business suit to blue jeans.  Color - deep rich black (a darker black than showing the pictures and no bluish or grayish hues - it is a true deep rich black).  A new style for Marino Orlandi - I don't recall seeing another like it. The glazed leather is of 2 types - the based, front and back panels and strap and along the top on either side of the zipper is the firmer glazed thicker leather - the body of the bag is the glazed leather but softer.  The entire bag is structurally firm and will stand on its own when empty.   Will carry softly and gently against the body.   Detailed reinforced stitching in rich black throughout - one a larger stitch accented by a smaller stitch.   Opens wide for ease of use.  The leather has the intoxicating well known aroma of Marino Orlandi glazed leathers.  There are 3 compartments to keep you perfectly organized and you will have no stacking of items in this roomy bag!  The interior houses a zip comapartment on the back and a black leather cell phone pouch compartment on the front.   There is no front or back so either side can be carried facing forward.  A plus to expand the life of an already made to last a life time bag.  Has a perfect drop and profile.  "Marino Orlandi MADE IN ITALY GENUINE LEATHER" is embossed in the leather label sewn inside the bag.  "Marino Orlandi and logo are embossed in the leather panels north south on the front and back.  "Italy" is embossed in the gold tone hardware at the top of the panels ont he front and back.  Marino Orlandi is embossed in the 'O" rings.   I just bought this bag at TJMax - they just got it in.  TJMax and their partner store Marshalls are the only stores in the U.S. that sell Marino Orlandi bags.  Suggested retail I believe is around $500.00-550.00 on up!         

 Measurements: approximately 17 inches long (bag partially stuffed laying completely flat measuring below the middle of the bag side to side, 11 inches tall measuring to top, and 8 and 1/2 inches wide.  The rolled leather straps with strap keeper done in  black leather and high polished gold tone snap provides for a drop of about 10 inches measuring to where top of bag will fall when carried (will be a little shorter if bag is packed to capacity to the top.   Has five gold tone feet to protect the base and keep the bag sitting upright-sits perfectly upright when empty.  The color is even throughout - any variance in color is due to shadows cast by the sun, clouds, or lighting.   Gorgeous bag, gorgeous color and design.  You can always count on Marino Orlandi to bring us such fun bags to carry.  A work of art.
