We currently ship both domestically and internationally via USPS or UPS and at the buyer's expense. Most  items are shipped out the very next day after payment is received. Please allow 3-5 days for domestic mail, and anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks for international shipments.

We ship only to PayPal Confirmed addresses as a rule, but grant exceptions based on eBay feedback ratings or prior business with us, so please contact us before bidding if you don't have a confirmed address.

If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within five days.

Please don't ask us to alter or substitute a different item for that which you won at auction. Our limited inventory makes this impossible.

If you have chosen the wrong color or size, Online Outlet Center will exchange it for a different color or size, if available in other colors and sizes, if and only if, the merchandise is intact, unused, and still has the original pricetag attached. In this case, buyer pays for shipping both ways.

If another item is not available, or if you just wish to return your purchase, Online Outlet Center will refund the amount of the item only, minus eBay listing cost. Buyer will pay for shipping cost both ways.

If the purchased item had FREE SHIPPING, and you wish to return it under the above mentioned conditions, Online Outlet Center will deduct actual shipping cost from the refund amount.

Specific terms are:

• Buyer should notify us no later than three (3)days after receipt of merchandise and we will authorize return.
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
