If you are simply unhappy with the purchase of your regular priced item(s), LuxuryLittles will accept your return and issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges) to the original payment method. The return must be received within 14 days of customer receiving it, please choose shipping method accordingly. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Item(s) received after 14 days will receive store credit. Store credit may be redeemed after the return is processed by LuxuryLittles. To redeem your store credit please follow the instructions in the email you will receive.

MISSING/DAMAGED/HOLIDAY ITEM(s)
LuxuryLittles takes great care in packing and inspecting every item prior to shipment.
If you are missing an item(s) or have received an incorrect or damaged item(s), please contact LuxuryLittles immediately (within 2 days of receiving item(s)) so we can take appropriate measures in making sure you are satisfied.
Holiday item(s) are final sale as of the date of the holiday. Holiday item(s) returned within 3 weeks prior to the holiday date are eligible for store credit.
SALE ITEM(S) RETURNS*
Item(s) from the SALE section can only be returned for store credit. Store credit may be redeemed after the return is processed by LuxuryLittles. To redeem your store credit please follow the instructions in the email you will receive.

GIFT ITEM(S) RETURNS*
Gifts may be returned for store credit. In order to exchange item(s), gift recipient will have to complete new transaction using the store credit they have received via email.

EXCHANGES*
Option #1: Exchanges may be made within 14 days of your receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. However, to ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item on-line and return the original item for a refund back to the original form of payment.
Option #2: We cannot hold items in anticipation of a return, however, if you wish, you can wait until your exchange is processed and if the item you desire to exchange for is in stock we would gladly ship it out to you (a shipping fee will be charged to your original method of payment, please see shipping policy below). In case the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued. If the exchange amount exceeds the original value, your credit card will be charged the difference.

Once the pre-ordered item(s) has been received by the customer, the policies listed above for returns/exchanges apply.

*Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. If a refund or store credit has not been received, please contact us (link). If an item was purchased as a set, (example a top and pants/skirt), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of partial sets. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
