RETURNS:

We will accept returns for size exchange (one size up or down) WITHIN 15 DAYS and only if item is still available and is available in desired size.  TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF OUR AUCTIONS, EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, SO PLEASE DO NOT BID ON AN ITEM IF DO NOT WANT THAT SIZE! Refunds are not available.  If we no longer have the same item and/or exchange is not feasible, similar item of similar value will be substituted at seller’s discretion.  Buyer must return item to JBA Sportswear at buyer’s expense.  Exchange item will only be shipped to original purchaser. JBA will reship via first class mail once item is returned in same condition as received (in new condition with tags still attached.) Please be sure to try all items on with undergarments!!!

IMPORTANT NOTE:  WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!  Paypal is our preferred method of payment, but money orders and cashiers checks are gladly accepted. Payment is required within 7 days of auction win.  Please do not pay for items until you are finished bidding.  We ship within 3 business days after payment.  We do not assume you are bidding on another item, nor do we check to see if you are bidding on another item.  Any items that you want shipped together must be paid for together. Payment must be made via PAYPAL for any buyers outside of the United States!
