THis is for a shrug from the Baby gassy gooma "A Carolina Spring" line in a size 2t Darling denim coat jacket style top with beautiful accent

accented with darling handpainted flowers on it - I would think this would fit a girl wearing a size 3 3t also

see below as the sizing seems to run larger on gassy gooma items and let me know if you need measurements
