You are looking at a NEW WITH TAGS Carter's sleeper for boys, size 0-6 months or up to 18 pounds.  The material is 100% polyester and they have the built in feet.  There is a car on the upper left side and a zipper that goes all the way down to the feet.  These pajamas retail for $12.99 before taxes.  Don't pay full price!
