Wow! Double Wow! This jacket was part of the famed Paris Monte Carlo Collection from pre-Fall 2007 and is truly a collector’s piece! The design aesthetic is exquisite and this is absolutely one of the top 10 jackets I have every seen from Chanel. I loved loved loved this entire pre-fall collection and have kept many pieces from it for my own personal wardrobe collection. The design details of the jacket are as follows:
· Double-breasted
· Attaches with Chanel signature black star buttons – 5 on each side.
· 3 Chanel Paris buttons on the inside to hold the double-breasted shape secure.
· Two pockets adorn the front of the jacket
· 1 Chanel Star button on each pocket
· The jacket background color is a burgundy/black woven boucle pattern.
· Black yarn-like threads are interwoven in the boucle and form the jacket edge.
· Tiny yarn bows are also scattered along the edge.
· There are also scattered crystal tone sequins woven into the jacket for further accent detail.
