RETURNS/EXCHANGES: if item is not satisfactory you may contact us to refund or exchange it within 24 hr of receiving it. Items will be accepted back only in the same original condition and if they are presented with a tracking # within 7 days from arrival. S/H charges are non-refundable, exchanges will made as store credit for 100% of auction price and returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
